The project 'Circluart' is located in Albufera by the salt lake, right next to the main road that runs on a narrow strip of land between the Mediterranean Sea and the Albufera Lake. The site gently curves towards the lake and provides a beautiful platform for the museum, which almost looks as if it was built directly into the water. Access to the museum is via a wooden walkway that winds through the tall grass of the nature reserve and creates a wonderful connection to the water for receiving boats. The circular form of the building derives from the site's topography and ensures natural ventilation of the museum. Like the living cells of a monastery, all interior spaces of the museum are arranged around the courtyard garden.
